We want you to love your JustNatur experience. However, due to the nature of our food-based products, we follow a strict no-refund, no-return policy except for damaged or defective items.
Eligibility for Replacement

You must send an unboxing video clearly showing the issue (broken seal, damaged pouch, or missing item).

The video must be uncut and recorded from the moment you open the sealed parcel.

Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your package.

Only items purchased directly from justnatur.in are eligible.
Not Eligible for Replacement

Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

Taste, texture, or personal preference issues.

Products reported after 7 days of delivery.
If your claim is valid, we’ll issue a replacement for the same item.
