Refund & Replacement Policy

We want you to love your JustNatur experience. However, due to the nature of our food-based products, we follow a strict no-refund, no-return policy except for damaged or defective items.

Eligibility for Replacement

  • You must send an unboxing video clearly showing the issue (broken seal, damaged pouch, or missing item).

  • The video must be uncut and recorded from the moment you open the sealed parcel.

  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your package.

  • Only items purchased directly from justnatur.in are eligible.

Not Eligible for Replacement

  • Opened, used, or partially consumed products.

  • Taste, texture, or personal preference issues.

  • Products reported after 7 days of delivery.

If your claim is valid, we’ll issue a replacement for the same item.
