2. Shipping Time

  • We deliver across India through our trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post.

  • Estimated delivery time:

    • Metro cities: 3–5 business days

    • Other locations: 5–8 business days

  • Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, remote locations, weather conditions, or government restrictions).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select pincodes at an additional nominal charge.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

  • You can use this link to check the real-time status of your shipment.

5. Delays or Delivery Issues

6. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout.

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or unavailability, additional re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • We take utmost care in packaging and shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or appears lost, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or proof.

  • We’ll assist with a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
